Operations level responders respond to releases, or potential releases, as part of the initial haz-mat response. This course provides the skills and knowledge for responders to implement protective measures at the scene of haz-mat emergencies to protect people, property, and the environment . This class meets OSHA requirements and is tailored to the mission of your responders. Each class will meet the core competencies at a minimum. Organizations can choose to train their personnel in other mission specific objectives such as:

- Technical Decontamination
- Evidence Preservation and Sampling
- Product Control
- Air Monitoring and Sampling
- Victim Rescue and Recovery
